Malaysian Consumers Protection Association is a NGO which established at Malaysia.
Formerly known as the Consumer Protection Association of Pahang, which is aim to protect the rights of consumers and any party of mistreated whether shopkeepers, traders, government agencies or other private parties. The latest president of PPPM is Dato’.Mohd Firdaus b. Abdullah.
Currently, PPPM have three branches， respectively at Sabah, Sarawak and the Federal Territory of Labuan.
- Revealing the knowledge about consumer rights through seminars, forums, courses, briefings and so forth to spread the rights of consumers.
- To educate consumers about their rights as consumers through consumer education.
- To create awareness on consumer rights wisely.
