The Worldwide Consumers’ Association is a registered consumer body based in Malaysia. We help people resolve complaints, teach the public their rights, and work with more than 100 partner organisations to make markets safer and fairer.

About WCA

A consumer association built on partnership

WCA was founded in 2014 to raise awareness of consumer rights and help people protect themselves in a fast-changing marketplace. From our head office in Johor Bahru, we work with national councils, foundations and consumer bodies abroad so that problems which cross borders can be handled across borders.
