The Association of Polish Consumers was formed in 1995 and is a research and advocacy organisation.

Several Association work are include:

• Research
  They monitor ongoing problems faced by Polish consumers; Economic policy and the impact on consumers; Consumers’ knowledge of their rights.
• Education
  The association works in cooperation with schools and alongside other consumer organisations across Europe.
• Information
  They offer comprehensive information advice through a range of formats including website, leaflets, brochures, books and CDs.
• Opinion
  They participate in the consultation of draft consumer legislation, as well as lobby for businesses to adhere to business ethics and codes of conducts.
