Johor Bahru, 23 February 2020 – YBhg. Dato Paduka Dr. Kevy KV Yeo (President of MTPN) has laucnhed the 3^rd Taman Taman Daya Athletics Championship for the year 2020 which has been held successfully.

This tournament is one of the main programs of co-curricular activities in the 2020 sports and games category at SKTD3.

The Athletics Championship was held to further improve the fitness level of students as well as implement the 1 Pupil 1 Sport (1M1S) program intended by the Ministry of Education Malaysia.

This program can strengthen and improve students’ knowledge in a field of sports in school. In addition, students can apply the knowledge they have learned to improve their abilities. This is in line with the National Education Philosophy in producing a balanced society in terms of physical, spiritual and intellectual.

The Athletics Tournament started with the Parade Team and Tournament Participants gathered and followed by the arrival of Parents and guardians at the SKTD3 field.

Next, the arrival of the VIP guest, YBhg. Dato Paduka Dr. Kevy KV Yeo (President of MTPN) with staff and Committee Members accompanied by SKTD3 Principal, Cikgu Mohammed Salleh bin Mizan and other SKTD3 teachers. The arrival of this VIP guest was greeted with Kompang Performance from these SKTD3 students.

Followed by a Cross of Honor Parade by the Parade Team and Tournament Participants from all the teams involved in front of the MTPN President and the VIPs as well as teachers and parents.

The presentation of prizes was also presented by the President of MTPN accompanied by the Headmaster of SKTD3 to the team athletes who have won the championship in various categories.

MTPN congratulates SK TAMAN DAYA 3 for successfully organizing the 19th Athletics Championship successfully and THANK YOU for the invitation and acceptance of the visit from MTPN.

14 February 2020 (Friday) – YBhg. Dato Paduka Dr. Kevy KV Yeo (President of MTPN) together with Tuan John Lok (Chairman of MTPN Selangor) and accompanied by 4 Committee Members of MTPN carried out a courtesy visit to the KPDNHEP Selangor and was welcomed by YBrs. Tuan Muhamad Zikril Azan bin Abdullah (Director of KPDNHEP Selangor) together with Tuan Azizan bin Abdullah (Chief Enforcement Officer of KPDNHEP Selangor) and Head of Tribunal of Consumer Claims (TTPM) along with 3 other representatives.

Among the issues discussed are the cooperation that can be carried out in an effort to spread consumer awareness in the State of Selangor.

Thank you to KPDNHEP Selangor for accepting the visit of MTPN and the cooperation provided.

It is hoped that the cooperation between MTPN and KPDNHEP can further increase consumer awareness to all consumers in this country.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL CONSUMER'S CHOICE AWARD 2019 WINNERS

The ceremony took place on 28 August 2019 organized by the National Consumer Action Council (Majlis Tindakan Pengguna Negara - MTPN) and was successfully launched by the Deputy Chief Enforcement Officer of KPDNHep Johor, YBhg. Mr. Rohaimi Bin Mohamed Zawawi. The event was held at the Austin International Convention Center (AICC), Mount Austin Park, Johor Bahru, Johor.

This award was presented to 29 Winners who have successfully met all the criteria set by the MTPN which includes various factors and categories. The list of Consumer's Choice Award Winners can be seen at the link below.

The Consumer's Choice Award (CCA) is one of the National Consumer Action Council (MTPN) programs to identify businesses that have the best customer service, integrity and professionalism. This award's goal is to help consumers all over Malaysia make wise buying decisions. Based on a study, research and survey conducted by the National Consumer Action Council through consumer complaints, most consumers have problems with traders or sellers who do not follow their wishes and satisfaction and they do not know their rights as consumers.

So, having this award can help users or consumers to choose the best service.

Johor Bahru, October 2017 – The Open Run Malaysia Programme organised by Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman Daya 2 has attracted the attention of Majlis Tindakan Pengguna Negara (MTPN) and WCA to become the main sponsor where it nurtures a healthy culture while testing the level of intelligence of society in the country.

The programme, which was launched by Ministry of Education Malaysia, is fully supported by the State Government of Johor, Ministry of Education, Johor Bahru City Council (MBJB), Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM), Pasir Gudang Community College, JOHO Development Sdn. Bhd, Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN), VIVO Malaysia, Skuad Pengiring, D’ Harmoni and OmisPro.

The purpose of this program is to foster a healthy and active society culture while educating primary students on the importance of fitness on our body. It also fosters a culture of cooperation with each other regardless of religion and tribes as well as fostering closer relationships with each other.

The programme was held with 2 admissions for 2 categories namely: lower level category under 12 years and Malaysian open levels. Besides the gift gifts offered, food and beverages have been provided during the program conducting.
