Ministry OF Health And Selangor MTPN Combat Illegal Activities In The Beauty Industries
The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs will face up to it and will join forces with the Ministry of Health and the Selangor State Consumer Action Council to combat illegal activities in the beauty, medical beauty and beauty industry! The Selangor National Consumer Council has received more than 40 consumer complaints from early October 2020 to the present. These complaints include 14 door-to-door complaints and 27 submissions through MTPN Selangor Messenger. Relevant complaints include "chaos" issues in beauty, medical beauty and beauty industry. After receiving the report, the leaders of the Selangor National Consumer Council and the Complaint Office not only proceeded to deal with it in the shortest time, including reporting to the relevant government departments, just like the recent fatal fatal incident of a girl, consumers are also welcome to come forward. The Selangor National Consumer Council reported and educates consumers on how to prevent, deal with problems or make reports through social media. In view of the fact that many consumers have learned about the reasons why they did not report to the government, do not know how to deal with problems or make reports, etc., and in order to handle consumer complaints more quickly, easily and effectively, the Selangor State Consumer Council Visited the Selangor Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Department on November 10 (Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri Dan Hal Ehwal Pengguna Negeri Selangor).
The leadership of the Selangor National Consumer Council and the Complaint Office reported the reports received to Selangor’s Director of the Department of Trade and Consumer Affairs and Deputy Director Amiruddin and other officials. It also provides channels for the Selangor State Consumer Council to cooperate with the law enforcement team of the Selangor Ministry of Trade and Consumer Affairs and the Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna to handle complaints.
