Consumer Choice Award (CCA) is one of the National Consumer Action Council (MTPN) programs to identify businesses that prove superior customer service, integrity, and professionalism. Our goal is to help consumers all over Malaysia make intelligent buying decisions.

Based on studies made by the National Consumer Action Council through consumer complaints, most consumers have problems with traders who do not follow their needs and satisfaction and they do not know their rights as consumers. So, with such a program can help users choose the best service.

What’s the difference between this Consumer Choice Award with awards?MTPN has the power of all Malaysian consumers who defend the rights of consumers if any problems are encountered.MTPN also has good support and relationship from the Government of Malaysia especially from the Ministry of Domestic Trade (KPDNHep) as well as the Malaysian Consumer Claims Tribunal (TTPM).
