This award is given to the outstanding performance of civil servants in the past year, thanks to their outstanding service to the state and society. Governing the country is from top to bottom, but the appreciation from people and consumers is from the bottom to top, hoping that this certification will enable more civil servants to perform well and benefit to the nation and people.

With the advancement of technology, a variety of innovative business models are springing up, and make a significant contribution to the economy and society, just as Apple’s phones and tablets making a huge impact on the world. This award is given to innovative, examinable business model to encourage and thank them for their inputs, and with the platform of the Worldwide Consumers’ Association, to help them promote business model to reach a new career peak.
THE EXCELLENT FOOD HYGIENCE AND SAFETY AWARD
This award is given to the enterprises with excellent food hygiene and safety. With the increasing number of inferior and counterfeit products/services in the world, worldwide consumers have been suffering from the malfeasance companies providing tinpot goods and services, hence achieving esteemed mark of trust and prestige is certainly a significant milestone in the branding journey of any company. The establishment of the award is to awaken consumers’ rights and awareness, building a worldwide recognition of prominent and reliant brand.
THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RELATION AWARD
This award requires the enterprise to have a high class customer service facilities and formalities, as well as good enterprise customer satisfaction and relations. The award recognizes the superior and unparalleled services that the company had made to its customers. Please note that a minimum of three WCA award participating companies is needed in joining this award campaign in order to achieve a comprehensive assessment.
THE BEST CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AWARD
This award is given to the entrepreneurs with outstanding achievement and reputation in the corporate social responsibility, in recognition of their active participation in nationwide or worldwide social and charitable activities. Corporate social responsibility, including, but not limited to, through the development of socially responsible attitudes, services and their networks; voluntary and non-commercial services; in building a long-term sustainable development of corporate social responsibility. Participating companies need to participate in at least one other award in order to go through the assessment by WCA.
THE BEST ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AWARD
This award is given to the enterprises with outstanding performance or achievements in corporate environmental protection, in recognition of their strong support for responsible environmental practices, including, but not limited to, the whole company and industry environmentally sustainable development programs, such as water conservation, reduce paper consumption, reduce carbon emissions and waste emissions, improve energy efficiency, environmental awareness of green energy management and staff training, in order to protect commercial and residential environments in the long-term sustainable development. Participating companies need to participate in at least one other award in order to go through the assessment by WCA.
THE BEST EMPLOYER AWARD
This award is given to enterprises with a good reputation and is committed to providing employees a good working environment, in recognition of its high level of performance in people management, stability of workforce and
continuity efforts to develop good knowledge management, customer loyalty, employee satisfaction and profits and remunerations. Award winners are subject to be able to attract and retain top talent, and maintain low turnover rate within the organization. Successfully shortlisted companies will have the knowledge, experience, flexibility, and the ability to respond quickly to a diverse market and industry changes. Participating companies need to participate in at least one other award in order to go through the assessment by WCA.
THE BEST SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING AWARD
This award is granted to companies that using social media as a strategic
pipeline, in outstanding customer interaction, contact, support services, marketing and sales promotion, in recognition of their promotion in social media in customer satisfaction, branding, product awareness and customer loyalty. In addition, response in time, online automatic service, knowledge management, social media program and the use of smart phones will also be taken into account. The assessment will consider the candidates’’ social media marketing impact, applicability, and scalability.
THE BEST CUSTOMER LOYALITY AND EFFICIENCY AWARD
This award is granted to the companies with implementation of excellent loyalty programs that successful in development, values, incentives and contents. In addition, the overall loyalty program management and implementation outcomes will also be included in the scope of accreditation. This award also recognizes the companies for their customer service system and performance in recognition of its outstanding customer service, efficiency and capacity. For example, the telephone answering skills and customer complaint response and handling skills.
THE BEST CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING AWARD
This award is granted to companies that have been implemented to improve staff training and corporate development programs, in recognition of their efforts made in improving the quality and capability of staff, promoting competitiveness and service standards of the company. In addition, this award also provides a channel for company to upgrade their human resource and workforce skill capability via trainings and corporate development programs.
